☹️ The property must be Rezoned to be developed

☹️ Even though the developer says under 300 homes would be built this rezoning could allow for up to 600 residences , many of those being apartments

☹️ Construction noise can travel for miles. Ponds will be drained and relocated, roads will be dug and tarred, street lamps will be added, sewer systems will be added before the pounding of hammers begin

☹️HOA’s do not speak for you as a whole. Each member of your household will have a right to express themselves to the commissioners 

☹️ The owner denied the listing for sale of the course in 2019

☹️ Ace Golf is the corporation owned by Bill Place and sold the driving range off to build apartments when he originally claimed they were to be luxury townhomes

☹️ Ace also tried to put a mini golf at the entrance to PC

☹️ Ace then attempted to build an office park at the entrance

☹️ Mr Place states that he never intended to develop the course but with all those other attempts at placing businesses in and around the course one would find that hard to believe
